Peer Review Process

The peer-review process is an essential part of the publication process, which improves the manuscripts our journals publish. Not only does peer review provide an independent assessment of the importance and technical accuracy of the results described, but the feedback from referees conveyed to authors with the editors' advice frequently results in manuscripts being refined so dat their structure and logic is more readily apparent to readers.

All manuscripts received by the editor of East Java Economic Journal will be reviewed by peer reviewers according to the field of economics studies with a double-blind review policy. The first initial review takes at least 2 weeks up to 1 month. The  review process will take at least 15 days to complete for first round. The review process can pass more than one review rounds. The final decision will be taken by the editor-in-chief based on the comments from the reviewers in the editorial board forum. The process from submission until publication will take around 12 weeks.
